Certificate of conformity-Uzbekistan
우즈베키스탄 인증서(Uzbekistan Certificate of conformity)
기술규정(Technical Regulations)에서는 “Forms of certificates of conformity GOST”라고 쓰여지고 있고 이 것은 강제인증(yellow forms A4,)과 임의인증(Blue forms A4,)으로 나눠집니다. 인증서는 제품, 장비가 관련법규정의 요건을 충족하는지의 여부를 검증한 후 최종적으로 작성됩니다. 법규상 두 가지의 인증서의 형태는 서로 다르지만 제품의 안전과 적절한 품질을 증명함에 있어서는 그 목적과 의미가 동일합니다.
강제인증 대상목록은 정부에 의해서 규정됩니다.
인증서에는 아래사항이 필수적으로 포함됩니다.
- Expiration date (depending on the technical regulations and certification schemes on the product and batch production periods of validity are not installed);
- Information about the initiator (applicant) the certification procedure;
- Information about the manufacturer of products;
- Data certification body (including the number of accreditation certificate);
- Product Information: trade name, type, make, model, HS codes (for imported products).
- Technical regulations, compliance audited;
- Evidentiary documents submitted by the applicant;
- Information on the tests and measurements.
- Certificate of compliance seal and signature of the certification body.
